How to assemble the COMFORT Container ?
Our comfort containers are designed for quick and hassle-free assembly. A few simple steps –from preparing the roof and corners, through setting up the walls, installing doors and windows, to finishing and sealing– make the entire process run smoothly and without complicated tools. This quickly makes the container a ready-made, solid and functional room that can be used immediately.

Step 1
Construction preparation
Mounting the top of the container on the straps (roof). Unsecuring the connecting elements of the container top and bottom (twisting the corner connections and angles. Raising the container roof and moving it to the side. Lining all elements from the bottom of the container (floor) to the side so that the elements do not interfere with assembly.
Step 2
Installation of corners and roof
We start by assembling the corners of the container by screwing on the lower part and then transport the roof on the straps to attach the entire structure. We tighten all the screws. We attach the drain pipes (holes in the top and bottom corners)

Step 3
Walls and installation
Before starting to build the walls, it's worth planning where we'll run the electrical installation. It's best to run the currents through the ceiling while going down with the wire to the corner, then make a ready-made side opening in the slab, and do the same with the lamps in the trapezoidal sheet metal. We install the bottom strips (elements with holes) to the container floor (holes to the outside). We insert the slabs along the entire length of the wall, cut the last slab to the missing length (the cut elements will be needed for the short wall by the door, installed last). Then we take the top strip and screw it to the container structure (yellow long screws). We repeat the process and screw the ends of the top strips to the same height. Two short plates are to be cut to the height under the window and the cut-off element is mounted above the window. The door is mounted around the plate (cut a short plate element under the door to insert the cut-off element into the bottom strip and onto the door. All plates are attached from below with long silver screws.
Step 4
Installation of trapezoidal sheets
We insert the trapezoidal sheet metal into the recess with one side and lift the other side. We assemble each piece in turn (short silver screws, 2 pieces per side). Overlap sheet the shorter side of the sheet visible from below.

Step 5
Seals and finishing
tearing of the protective foil and silicone of the window doors and frame at the junction of the connection with the plate. Silicone mounted corner grilles inside the container.
Step 6
Final preparation
Leave the room to air out and, after the silicone has relatively hardened, the container ready for use.
